Job summary

Fresenius Kabi seeks a Demand Planner to support forecasting and planning for assigned products. The role uses data analysis, forecasting tools, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory, support production planning, and improve customer service.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in demand planning within a collaborative, fast-paced supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel with formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and large data analysis.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned business groups.
• Use ORI, Qlik Sense and SAC to review demand patterns and identify gaps.
• Assist in new product launch forecasting and product phase-out activities.
• Facilitate demand review meetings with Marketing and document insights.
• Maintain meeting notes on market intelligence and business assumptions.
• Assist with review and coordination of Supply Chain Agreements for new launches.
• Monitor service KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias.
• Monitor inventory KPIs to optimize levels.
• Perform root cause analysis of forecast variances to improve processes.
