Job summary

Miss A Stores in Dallas, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Demand Planning Analyst to forecast product demand across all Miss A channels and translate forecasts into timely purchase orders. The role partners with Buying and Inventory teams to optimize stock levels, manage lead times and safety stock, and coordinate replenishment in a fast-moving, trend-driven retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
• Experience at a multi-channel retailer including e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with forecasting models.
• Experience submitting and managing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Analytical and data-driven with large data sets.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand forecasts by SKU, category, and channel.
• Analyze sales velocity across stores and shopmissa.com to identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs.
• Incorporate external factors such as seasonality and promotions into forecasting.
• Develop and refine forecasting models and track forecast vs. actual.
• Produce weekly and monthly demand forecast reports for stakeholders.
