Miss A is a beauty and lifestyle brand headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to forecast demand across all sales channels and translate forecasts into accurate, timely purchase orders. You will partner with Buying and Inventory teams to ensure the right inventory at the right time, while balancing lead times and safety stock.

This role emphasizes strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and multi-channel retail experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or related roles.
• Experience at a multi-channel retailer managing inventory across stores and e-commerce.
• Excel proficiency with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience submitting and managing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand by SKU, category, and channel using historical data and trends.
• Calculate order quantities and generate replenishment POs with lead times.
• Maintain supplier lead time data and align replenishment with budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Build and maintain a weekly demand planning dashboard and KPIs.
• Produce monthly inventory health reports for leadership and Finance.
