• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory planning.
• Experience in medical devices, dental, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with ERP and forecasting systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts for finished goods and key product categories.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and new launches to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management to gather market intelligence.
• Lead or support S&OP process by providing demand insights and recommendations.
• Monitor forecast performance and key metrics like forecast accuracy, bias, and service levels.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities and communicate potential supply constraints.
• Partner with Production Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align supply plans with forecasted demand.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives to balance customer service with inventory investment.
• Analyze product lifecycle changes including launches, transitions, and discontinuations.
