Job summary

Advanced Energy in Denver, CO is seeking a Demand Planner II to lead regional forecasting for a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. You will translate demand signals into executable plans across multiple horizons and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and revenue predictability.

Requirements include 3–5 years in demand planning, experience with statistical forecasting, and proficiency in SAP IBP, SAP APO, Oracle Demantra,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in demand planning or supply chain roles in B2B manufacturing or tech.
• Experience with statistical forecasting techniques and demand planning KPIs (MAPE, forecast bias).
• Global, multi-channel environment experience preferred (direct and distributor).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts at SKU, region, and customer levels.
• Analyze historical trends and external indicators to refine forecast accuracy.
• Own forecast accuracy metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct scenario planning with supply and commercial teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

APICS CPIM, IBF CPF/CLP, or equivalent certifications
