Opella is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support forecasting, inventory management, and KPI reporting. The role involves Kinaxis-based processes and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and planning outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years in demand planning, manufacturing, inventory control, or analytics.
• Experience with Kinaxis and/or SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kinaxis activities including NPIs, SKU forecast disaggregation, and pricing maintenance.
• Drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements through reporting, models, insights, and marketing strategies.
• Prepare monthly consumption and shipment reports/models across all brands.
• Support inventory reduction and customer service goals while aligning with long-term strategy.
• Provide timely item-level forecasts to production planners.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other teams to integrate business strategies into the demand plan.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, POS trends, inventory and shipment forecasts, identify issues and propose solutions.
