Job summary

Dal‑Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Demand Planning Analyst to support the Supply Chain function through business planning and ongoing data analysis. This role involves forecasting, S&OP support, and collaboration across teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses, conduct research, and draw conclusions for forecast impacts.
• Collaborate with functions to develop, monitor, and improve forecast accuracy for product lines.
• Support S&OP development and analyze demand analytics.
• Maintain, improve, and provide recommendations on supply chain analytics using BI tools.
• Manage inventories to meet targets and drive cost efficiency.
