Job summary

Clean Harbors, Norwell, MA is seeking a Supply Chain Planner (Demand Planner) to develop and execute demand/DRP/Supply plans that ensure optimal service levels for customers. The role involves managing regional inventory and coordinating with procurement, transportation, manufacturing, distribution and branches.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain or analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint, ERP/planning experience, and excellent communication. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in supply chain or analytics preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• ERP/Planning software experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Forecast/demand plans ownership for assigned scope in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Align forecast with production capacity and Master Production Schedule.
• Analyze capacity and identify disruptions; adjust as needed.
• Optimize network sourcing across procurement, transportation, and distribution.
• Partner with IT to develop and test supply chain applications.
• Maintain auto-replenishment and manage inventory levels.
• Communicate findings to leadership and drive action plans.
