Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain Management or related area; APICS/IBF preferred.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics; ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve accurate 18-month rolling forecasts for assigned accounts; lead IBP collaboration with Sales and customers.
• Create, modify, and analyze forecasting metrics to identify improvement opportunities and translate findings for stakeholders.
• Act as primary demand planning contact for assigned accounts; align on availability, demand assumptions, and promotions.
• Support ad hoc analysis and projects that enhance forecasting processes and data visibility.
• Own and maintain forecasts; incorporate demand drivers, promotions, and new product initiatives.
• Analyze historical performance and forward-looking data to make timely adjustments.
• Evaluate key demand drivers to improve forecast reliability.
• Apply forecasting best practices to reduce bias and improve accuracy.
• Identify root causes of forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.
