Job summary

Elanco in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a US Farm Animal Demand Planner to provide modeling and enrichment support to the IBP Lead, US, ensuring a high-quality financial and demand forecast for key brands.

You will collaborate with brand managers, category leaders, supply chain and finance, maintain the master forecast, track IBP metrics, and drive improvements in forecasting methods and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years in finance/forecasting or related analytics.
• Minimum 3+ years in Animal Health or related industry.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and analytical models.
• Collaborate with US Farm Animal leadership to implement IBP vision.
• Engage with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to understand drivers and present findings.
• Enhance forecasting tools and analytics to improve accuracy.
• Maintain the US Farm Animal Master Forecast File and deliver packs for reviews.
• Ensure timely communication of decisions and action items from reviews.
