Job summary

Elanco is hiring for an Analyst - Supply Chain (Project Management) to join the Manufacturing team in Clinton, IN. The Site Planner will align long-term demand with site capacity, lead the R&OP process, and ensure seamless product delivery across functions.

You will manage production plans using SAP/IBP, optimize inventory, and collaborate with procurement to maintain material supply while addressing shortages or excesses through scenario analysis.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Supply Chain experience.
• Experience: Proven experience driving planning-related initiatives and directing workstreams toward site and company goals.
• Top Skills: High proficiency with computer systems (specifically SAP/IBP) and strong problem-solving techniques within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop mid-to-long-term production plans using SAP/IBP to align site capacity with customer service demands.
• Lead the internal R&OP process and represent Supply Chain on cross-functional product launch teams.
• Manage inventory levels and supply triangularization with local Procurement to ensure quality supply of materials.
• Triage site supply issues and provide crisis management support for planning and production challenges.
• Influence production output with Site Schedulers and Customer Service through scenario analysis.
