Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Site Planner in Clinton, IN to align long-term demand with site capacity, lead the internal R&OP process, and serve as the liaison between Central Supply Chain and site operations for seamless product delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent Supply Chain experience, and proficiency with SAP/IBP. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided, including relocation options and annual bonus opportunities.

• Proven experience driving planning-related initiatives and directing workstreams toward site and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop mid-to-long-term production plans using SAP/IBP to align site capacity with customer service demands.
• Lead the internal R&OP process and represent Supply Chain on cross-functional product launch teams.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement for consistent material supply.
• Triage site supply issues and provide crisis management to resolve planning and production challenges.
• Partner with Site Schedulers and Customer Service to influence production output and address shortages or overproduction via scenario analysis.
