Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, demand planning, or commercial planning, including participation in SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the monthly demand planning process for the assigned business, ensuring timely consolidation of inputs and alignment of the demand plan.
• Develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast using historical data, market intelligence, and promotions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Operations, and Customer Service to gather inputs and translate demand signals.
• Apply demand planning standards and tools within the COE framework, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor forecast metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and support corrective actions with cross-functional partners.
• Support the demand review for the assigned business within the S&OP process.
