Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–10 years related professional experience in Supply Chain/Operations.
• Forecasting / Demand Planning with retail experience preferred.
• Experience working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Weekly demand forecasting and system updates.
• Sales trend reporting.
• Ensure orders are shipped on time to meet the customer’s delivery date.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage and resolve orders, shipping, and delivery issues.
• Process improvements and Sell Through Analysis (Customer).
• KPI baseline improvement.
• Use of the supply chain system for order management and reporting.
