Aditi Consulting is seeking a logistics-focused professional to drive weekly demand forecasts and sales trend analysis for major national retail accounts. The role emphasizes timely order shipments, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Logistics to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Weekly demand forecasting and system updates.
• Sales trend reporting.
• Ensure orders are shipped on time to meet the customer’s delivery date.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage and resolve orders, shipping, and delivery issues.

Job description

Payrate: $36.00 - $36.02/hr.

Summary

This position will focus on all operational activities that occur with several major National Retail customers. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, customer process identification and improvement, root cause analysis, and sales trend analysis. Activities have a direct impact on both sales revenue and profitability within the assigned account. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers as well as with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Order Management, Logistics, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Weekly Demand Forecasting and updating in systems
• Sales Trend Reporting
• Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet the customer's requested delivery date
• Conduct Root Cause analysis
• Managing and resolving matters related to orders, shipping, and delivery
• Process Improvement, Sell Through Analysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis
• KPI (Baseline Improvement)
• Use of supply chain system for order management and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3~10 years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations
• Forecasting / Demand Planning with retail experience preferred
• Experience in working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships

Skills

• Proficiency with Advanced Excel data functions including advanced formulas
• Self-starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
• SAP/BW/BI Experience also a plus

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$36.00 - $36.02/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
