Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, or supply-chain analytics.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and handling large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Able to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Develop forecasts at product, customer, and SKU levels.
• Analyze historical sales, demand trends, seasonality, and promotions.
• Review forecast performance, variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Track forecast accuracy, bias, and other planning metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to incorporate data.
• Support monthly demand-planning and S&OP activities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports communicating forecast impacts.
