Job summary

Holley Performance is seeking a Forecast Analyst to support demand planning and supply-chain decision-making from our Bowling Green, KY or Nashville, TN area offices. You will develop forecasts at multiple levels and work with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to forecast demand and ensure product availability.

You will analyze sales trends, promotions, seasonality, and lifecycle changes, delivering actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts, and large-data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts at product, customer, and SKU levels.
• Analyze historical sales, demand trends, seasonality, promotions, and lifecycle changes.
• Review forecast performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias; monitor planning metrics.
