Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Mathematics.
• 5 years of proven experience in data analytics preferably within Supply chain and logistics.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modelling and manipulation and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and reliable forecast using statistical forecasting models and demand planning tools.
• Analyze historical sales data, seasonality, and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of forecast errors and implement corrective actions.
• Lead demand review meetings to develop consensus forecast.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product management to gather inputs and develop consensus forecast.
