Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Analyst to drive consensus forecasts for aftermarket parts across multiple business units. You will develop forecasts using statistical models, analyze sales data and market trends, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to build a reliable demand plan valued in hundreds of millions of dollars.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in data analytics within supply chain/logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Mathematics.
Proven experience in data analytics within supply chain/logistics (5+ years).
Proficiency in Python, R, and Power BI for modeling and visualization.
APICS CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate forecasts using statistical models, demand planning tools, and market intelligence.
Analyze historical sales, seasonality, and trends to improve forecast accuracy.
Monitor forecast performance and report to stakeholders; identify root causes of errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and build consensus forecasts.
Lead demand review meetings and drive automation to improve forecasting processes.
Partner with Product Management to transition parts (end of life and new).
Analyze large datasets to extract insights for aftermarket parts planning.
Support inventory optimization and supply planning to balance demand with capacity.
