Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning professional to support the Manager of Demand Planning for the MATI and MIND Divisions.

You will help deliver accurate, on‑time demand plans, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Sourcing across Home Center, Hardware, and industrial channels. Responsibilities include developing monthly forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy, communicating variances, and maintaining POS and inventory reports.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in operations management, supply chain, engineering, statistics, or related field.
• Certifications like Google Data Analytics or Six Sigma welcomed.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies, time series, and ML is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasts for finished goods using history, POS data, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management on life cycles and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain forecast accuracy and bias metrics by customer, product family, and SKU.
• Communicate forecast targets and drive action plans for KPI improvements.
• Summarize forecast changes and variances with monthly performance.
• Schedule, prepare documentation, and moderate bi-monthly revenue calls with sales leadership.
• Run and maintain statistical forecasts in IBP; analyze variances against history and customer forecasts.
• Develop and report weekly/monthly POS and inventory reports for key customers.
