Job summary

Neumo is rebuilding its revenue and debt-recovery platform as a modern SaaS application. You will define target architecture, build strategy, and acceptance criteria, directing an external delivery team to ensure a maintainable, scalable solution.

This is an executive-level, fully remote role reporting to the Director of Platform Engineering. We seek someone with deep experience in agentic delivery, governance of complex multi-team systems, and a strong ability to communicate architecture

Qualifications

12+ years building and operating production software at staff or principal level.
Deep experience with agentic or AI-assisted software delivery at scale.
Proven ownership of architecture for large, multi-team systems.
Experience directing external delivery partners and vendors.
Strong written communication and ability to document decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

Own the target architecture for modernization and keep the current system running during transition.
Own and specify the build-to-spec model and acceptance criteria.
Direct the partner's delivery day-to-day and enforce gates and divergence handling.
Manage the external delivery relationship, cadence, gates, and escalation.
Ensure Neumo can operate, deploy and extend the system after delivery, with documentation.
