Job summary

Insight Global in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Portfolio Management/PMO leader to guide end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across a technical organization. This role blends enterprise delivery leadership with governance and lean portfolio practices to ensure initiatives meet business outcomes on time and within budget in a hybrid work setting.

You will partner with senior business and technology leaders, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide executive visibility

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering).
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity.
• Defines and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing.
• Translates strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, roadmaps, and action plans.
• Identifies, manages, and resolves risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives.
• Develops and maintains documentation, business cases, plans, presentations, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Ensures delivery aligns with enterprise change, risk, audit, and compliance requirements.
