Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Collaborative Delivery Project Manager to join our California team. In this role you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects across our water, environmental, and industrial practices, delivering outcomes for clients.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across delivery lifecycles, guiding cross‑discipline teams, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet objectives, regulatory requirements, and firm standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience delivering technically complex projects.
• Strong working knowledge of project management principles, controls, and delivery frameworks.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California preferred or ability to obtain.

• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk across complex projects.
• Turn client objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans and align multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead integrated teams across disciplines, locations, and partner organizations.
• Serve as primary client contact, leading meetings and building trust through clear communication.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, forecasts, and change management to support performance.
