Job summary

Civica is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives that transform how customers operate and collaborate. You will deliver medium to large-scale projects across cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and partners, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution to achieve customer success.

You will work with Professional Services and customer organizations, aligning priorities, managing change, and navigating ambiguity to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium to large projects in professional services or customer delivery.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage risks, budgets, and governance across global teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from initiation to transition to support.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies against objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, governance, and reporting.
• Communicate status and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Foster customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Promote best practices, ethics, security, and compliance.
