Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Director, Nonprofit and Arts & Cultural Customer Success to lead and transform its CS organization for mission-driven clients. You will shape outcomes, align with growth objectives, and partner across functions to accelerate adoption and trust while driving long-term value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Customer Success, account management, or related operations.
• Experience serving nonprofit, foundations, arts, or cultural organizations or leading such teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and evolve the Customer Success strategy for nonprofit and arts & cultural organizations.
• Build and scale AI-enabled customer success motions and data-driven prioritization.
• Drive retention, net revenue retention, and growth across products and payments.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive leaders and manage major escalations.
• Develop a high-performing leadership team and translate commitments into results.
