Spinutech is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead and coach a PM team, while personally managing a portfolio of complex engagements. This billable leadership role focuses on delivery strategy, executive-level project counsel, and margin accountability.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years in digital project management within an agency, 3+ years of leadership, and strong Jira and CMS/eCommerce experience. US residency required for this role.

Competenze

• 6+ years of digital project management experience in an agency setting.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• Proven client-facing leadership with executive relationships.
• Experience with retainer-based service delivery or recurring service models.
• Strong business acumen including utilization, margin, and profitability accountability.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar delivery tools.
• Deep knowledge of website design and development processes, agile methodologies.
• Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms (nopCommerce, Sitefinity, WordPress, HubSpot, Umbraco).

• Serve as first escalation point for delivery issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Own delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and documentation standards across the portfolio.
• Direct project assignments and prioritization based on capacity and growth goals.
• Lead and develop a PM team, mentoring early-career staff and building succession.
• Define services models and staffing approaches for existing and expanding offerings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide executive-level advisory support.
