Job summary

Spinutech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the United States. You will lead cross-functional teams across Web Development, Design, UX, SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, CRO, and Content to deliver complex web-based solutions and digital marketing programs for our clients.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in agency project management, strong CMS and cross-team coordination skills, and a proactive, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital project management within an agency.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership on complex web projects.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitefinity, Shopify.
• Experience with e-commerce integrations and analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, CRO, and analytics workflows.
• Proficient with Kantata, Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA or Workfront.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple web development and digital marketing projects from discovery through launch.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, Design, UX, SEO, Analytics, Content.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive process improvements.
• Ensure deliverables meet objectives and quality standards.
