Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management for large-scale DoW or federal IT programs.
• 5+ years of experience supporting proposals and identifying, managing, and mitigating technical risks.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects and leading technical teams.]
• Experience developing and managing multimillion dollar pipelines, including shaping solutions and requirements.
• Experience with risk identification and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of low-code or no-code platforms such as Power Apps or Foundry, Microsoft Cloud, and mission data platforms.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a robust business pipeline, including tactical sales and whitespace expansion.
• Lead complex technical programs and manage high performing technical teams through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Deliver innovative, mission-aligned solutions across DoW and Navy portfolios.
• Collaborate with senior clients to guide strategy, performance, and mission outcomes.
