Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Strategic Technology Portfolio Leader to identify warfighter use cases and align technologies for defense industry customers across the MGM, DTG, and Booz Allen Ventures portfolios.

You will leverage senior leadership and broad industry partnerships to shape Booz Allen’s defense tech brand and drive growth through strategic opportunities and capture efforts. This role requires a strong track record in business development and federal programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi‑discipline business leadership in the federal sector.
• Experience building and maintaining internal and external relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Experience in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies.
• Ability to communicate multi‑step and interdependent activities to capture teams.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage key stakeholder relationships and build strategic partnerships with customers and industry partners.
• Leverage business development and functional expertise to build addressable markets and increase technical solutions development work.
• Drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, customer assessments, and strategic planning efforts to expand opportunity portfolios and pipeline.
• Lead opportunity identification through shaping and capture phases, working across MGM, DTG, and Ventures teams.
• Support complex negotiations with industry partners to build teams for large procurements.
• Serve as a key member of the capture team for complex bids, identifying customers’ requirements and building cost‑competitive industry teams.

Leverage senior-level leadership and extensive industrial base and community partnerships to shape Booz Allen’s defense tech brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage key stakeholder relationships and build strategic partnerships with customers and industry partners.
• Leverage business development and functional expertise to build addressable markets and increase technical solutions development work.
• Drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, customer assessments, and strategic planning efforts to expand specific customer-based opportunity portfolios and pipeline.
• Lead opportunity identification through shaping and capture phases, working across MGM, DTG, and Ventures teams.
• Support complex negotiations with industry partners to build teams for large procurements.
• Serve as a key member of the capture team for complex and technical bids, identifying customers’ requirements, developing technical solution options, and building cost‑competitive industry teams.

Compensation

Range: $185,700.00 to $345,000.00 (annualized USD)
