Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with unmanned aerial systems, autonomous platforms, AI/ML, or Launched Effects is desirable.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple high-stakes accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead key defense accounts for Launched Effects and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate client engagements, demos, and field support.
• Manage day-to-day client communications, issues, and logistics.
• Drive adoption, expansion, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and field teams to meet client needs.
• Forecast revenue and produce status reports.
