Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; seven years of direct program management experience for FAA/military programs.
• Experience with EVMS, schedules, and budgets across IPTs.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance (and eventually TS/SCI).
• Experience with DoD/military aviation, contracts, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission/Ground System and Subcontractor IPTs to align with program goals.
• Establish milestones and monitor master schedules and payment timelines.
• Coordinate across material, supply chain, subcontracts, engineering, and operations.
• Maintain EVMS-driven performance metrics and control costs.
• Interface with end-user, subcontractors, and leadership weekly.
