Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Defense Client Relationship Marketing Specialist to strengthen our Marketing + Communications team. You will support tactical and operational execution of integrated marketing plans, shaping content and experiences for key defense clients.

The role requires 4+ years in B2G marketing, strong communication, and solid project management. Local DMV presence and travel are required as part of channel activations and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2G marketing environment, military or civilian.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization.
• Team-oriented and highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be local to DMV area.
• Ability to travel to events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive actionable client relationship marketing activities, managing day-to-day execution and engagement using data-driven insights.
• Conduct foundational research on influencers, events, departments, products and capabilities to inform targeting and engagement planning.
• Coordinate with social media and communications teams to support and deploy high quality deliverables.
• Maintain organized project tracking across campaigns, milestones, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate closely with ecosystem marketing team members to align brand activities across the broader portfolio landscape.
• Prepare briefs, updates, and meeting materials to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Support larger Defense events and channel activations.
