Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Defense Client Relationship Marketing Specialist to strengthen the Marketing + Communications team in the DMV area. You will drive relationship marketing activities, conduct targeted research, and coordinate with social media and communications to deliver high‑quality materials for defense programs.

Minimum 4 years in B2G marketing with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2G marketing environment, military or civilian.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization.
• Team-oriented and highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be local to DMV area.
• Ability to travel to events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive actionable client relationship marketing activities, managing day to day execution and engagement using key tools.
• Conduct foundational research on identified influencers, events, departments, products and capabilities to inform targeting and content.
• Coordinate with social media and communications teams to support, develop and deploy deliverables.
• Maintain organized project tracking across campaigns, milestones, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate with ecosystem marketing team members to align brand activities across the portfolio.
• Prepare briefs, updates, and meeting materials to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Support larger Defense events and channel activations.
