Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC in Tampa is seeking a Decision Support Business Analyst to join the Business Intelligence Team. You will model and analyze data to support sales, supply chain, pricing and investments, working Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

The role requires strong Excel, data visualization in Tableau or Power BI, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance or Operations experience with an emphasis on analysis, modelling or forecasting.
• Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills - Pivots, VLOOKUPs with modelling capabilities.
• Data visualization via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss Statement (P&L).
• Balance long term and short-term priorities, managing multiple complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-analysis of customer programs, strategic projects, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing investments with emphasis on decision support.
• Analyze performance of pilot initiatives using a structured testing framework (e.g., A/B testing).
• Maintain and update tools like BPM or Route Planning models as required.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies and gaps in reporting; propose solutions.
• Highlight trends and opportunities to address enterprise needs.
• Support design and development of Coke Florida tools to improve profitability across top and bottom line levers.
• Model business scenarios using available data and requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and executive summaries as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
