Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Decision Support Analyst / Business Analyst to join the Tampa team. The role provides modelling and advanced analytics support across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.

Responsibilities include trade spend analyses, pricing, working capital, forecasting, costing, and annual planning, with cross‑functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance or Operations experience with emphasis on analysis, modelling or forecasting.
• Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with modelling capabilities.
• Data literacy and ability to visualize data in Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; excellent written and verbal skills.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss statements and balancing long/short term priorities.
• Able to collaborate across functions and drive growth in profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide modelling and analytical support across Sales, Field Operations, Profit Growth Management, Finance, Enterprise Planning and Marketing.
• Support customer trade spend, investment, pricing, and working capital analyses.
• Assist consensus forecasting, activity-based costing and annual planning.
• Analyze pilot initiatives using an testing framework (e.g., A/B testing).
• Maintain and update tools such as BPM or Route Planning models.
• Identify reporting gaps and provide practical solutions.
• Develop tools to improve economic objectives and profitability.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and executive summaries.
