Highmark Inc. is seeking an analytical professional to work with customers and design teams to prioritize data requirements and develop decision support solutions.

You will model data sources, translate needs into robust applications, and empower stakeholders with actionable insights and secure information delivery. The role emphasizes mentoring, leading solution implementations, and leveraging tools like SAS, SQL, and related reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Computer/Information Science, Math/Stats, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in related field such as Computer/Information Science, Math/Stats, Economics, Industrial Engineering or OR.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research.
• Experience as Decision Support Analyst or similar role with business/clinical context.
• Strong technical skills with mainframe, PC and internet-based technologies and large databases.
• Proficient in reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, Cognos, Business Objects, Enterprise Guide.
