Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in decision analysis, advanced analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and Python for analytical work.
• Experience solving complex business problems using data and structured analysis.
• Experience with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, risk analysis, or cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand complex decisions, processes, and goals.
• Break complex problems into clear decision points, rules, and measurable outcomes.
