Job summary

The AES Group in Seattle is seeking a highly analytical Decision Scientist to partner with product, engineering, UX, and operations. You will leverage advanced analytics, experimentation, AI-enabled insights, and business performance analysis to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization and experimentation methods.
Experience collaborating across product, analytics, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead data-driven product decisions using dashboards and experiments.
Partner with PMs, engineering, UX, and operations to improve performance.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and measurement strategies.
Translate technical analyses for non-technical stakeholders.
