Esri is seeking a Contracts Analyst to draft, review, and negotiate sales agreements, OEM and procurement contracts. You will partner with sales, procurement, marketing, product management, and development to ensure consistency with Esri’s objectives and risk controls.

You will clarify complex business relationships, maintain confidentiality, and identify mitigation strategies while upholding high ethical standards. Travel up to ~10% may be required, and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, management, economics, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy and ability to handle confidential pricing and terms.

• Review, negotiate, and draft sales agreement offers, OEM, reselling, sales or procurement contracts.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, marketing, product management, and development to ensure agreements align with Esri objectives.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies while maintaining ethical standards.
