Job summary

General Motors in Michigan is seeking a Senior Dealer Systems Operations Lead to own the GM Dealer Information Database (GMDID) and DNPS, ensuring data integrity and smooth system performance across the global dealer network.

You will coordinate the Business Intake process, oversee system health, and partner with treasury and operations to optimize billing, contractual documents, and electronic payments in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/technical/quantitative field.
• 5+ years in business systems, operations, or analysis.
• Knowledge of mainframe or mid-range systems; SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business and technical SME for GM’s GMDID and DNPS.
• Lead the Business Intake Request process and coordinate priorities.
• Oversee data integrity across global dealer sites and systems.
• Own the Dealer Lookup Tool and perform system health checks.
• Manage global dealer changes and dealer contractual documents.
• Collaborate with GM Treasurer’s Office on EFTs and relationships with dealers and banks.
• Support daily operations including billing and receivables systems.
• Maintain data security per corporate policies and procedures.
• Lead the Systems Team and maintain up-to-date process docs.
