Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Dealer Systems Operations Lead to own day-to-day operations, product strategy, and support for GM's global dealer network. The role requires expertise in mainframe, mid-range, and relational databases, plus experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

You will manage INR data integrity across GMDID and DNPS, oversee dealer contractual processes, and partner with the Treasurer's Office on EFTs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business/technical focus related to systems, analytics, or quantitative disciplines.
5+ years in business systems, operations, or analysis; automotive or financial services preferred.
Technical knowledge of mainframe/mid-range systems, operations, scripting, data import/export, and data manipulation.
Strong SQL knowledge and relational databases.
Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to business processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the business/technical SME for GM's GMDID and DNPS, including integrations with related systems.
Lead the Business Intake Request process and coordinate priorities.
Oversee data accuracy and availability across supported systems.
Own the Dealer Lookup Tool and monitor system health and support.
Manage global dealer changes and updates affecting dealer-network structures.
Collaborate with the Treasurer's Office on financial relationships and EFT processes.
Support billing/receivables systems (VBARS and OTDS).
Maintain data security in line with corporate policies.
