GWC Warranty (an APCO Holdings brand) is seeking a Dealer Performance Manager in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will manage and grow relationships with dealership partners, developing strategic account plans and analyzing dealership performance to drive retention and revenue growth.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to travel extensively. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive sales and a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive industry outside sales experience.
• Proven experience in consultative, relationship-based sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and F&I products.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing dealership partners.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention.
• Analyze dealership performance data to identify opportunities.
• Present APCO/GWC products to align with dealer needs.
• Negotiate renewals and contract terms to retain business.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across dealerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Travel regularly within your region to meet with partners.
