Job summary

Pilot Company is offering a Dealer Strategy Intern role in Knoxville, Tennessee for the summer of 2027. The internship provides exposure to a dealer network of ~190 locations in the U.S.

and Canada, with hands-on experience in relationship management and strategic growth projects. You will work with experienced leaders, develop market insights, and participate in cross-functional initiatives across Merchandising, Procurement, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Strong financial modeling experience and advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Familiarity with AI tools and capabilities is a plus.
• Self-starter with ownership of projects and outcomes.
• Strong collaborative skills with cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic expansion planning for gasoline sales across the dealer network.
• Support dealer relationship management and launch new value-added services.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Procurement and Marketing on growth initiatives.
• Build financial and operating models to forecast profitability and network performance.
• Learn from industry leaders through mentorship and hands-on ownership of projects.
