Job summary

Slalom in San Diego seeks an experienced Data Delivery Lead - Principal to drive enterprise data transformation programs, align with executive strategy, and deliver data-driven outcomes using AI and analytics.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing, mentor delivery teams, and partner with Solution Architects, clients, and Sales to grow account value through data capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, or technology transformation programs.
Experience engaging executive sponsors and shaping data strategy decisions.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and transformation programs, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
Serve as primary solution and delivery owner, aligning business needs with technical feasibility and architectural standards.
Act as trusted advisor to executives, influencing priorities, operating models, and roadmaps for data and analytics transformations.
Own ROI, cost savings, revenue opportunities, and long-term value of data solutions to clients.
Drive account growth through high-quality delivery and trusted client relationships.
Mentor and develop delivery leaders and consultants, fostering a culture of excellence.
Leverage AI, automation, and collaboration tools to improve productivity and data-driven decisions.
Identify expansion opportunities within accounts by linking client challenges to Slalom's data/AI capabilities.
Partner with Client Partners and Sales on pursuits, proposals, SOWs, and solutioning.
