Slalom is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead - Principal to guide enterprise data transformation programs, advise executives, and drive outcomes through data, analytics, and AI solutions. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on data execution across cross-functional teams.

You will champion delivery excellence, shape program direction and governance, and identify opportunities to expand client value through innovative data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise-scale data/analytics/AI transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of modern data platforms and architectures (data lakes, warehouses, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proven Agile delivery excellence with various tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data product delivery and data transformation programs with accountability for scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Serve as primary solution and delivery owner, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and standards.
• Influence executive priorities, roadmaps, and operating models for data and analytics transformations.
• Articulate ROI, cost savings, revenue opportunities, and long-term value of data initiatives.
• Drive account growth through trusted client relationships and high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Develop delivery leaders and consultants through mentorship and performance development.
