Slalom is seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead - Principal to guide enterprise data transformation engagements and act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, driving data, analytics, and AI solutions for client outcomes.

The role bridges strategy, governance, and execution, leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven value while expanding client impact and account growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI, or technology transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business needs to delivery outcomes and ROI.
• Strong facilitation and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data products and transformation programs, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing.
• Serve as primary solution and delivery owner, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
• Influence executive priorities, operating models, and roadmap development for data and analytics initiatives.
• Articulate ROI and value, drive account growth through trusted client relationships.
• Mentor delivery leaders and maintain delivery excellence across multiple teams.
