Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data Delivery Lead - Principal to guide enterprise data transformations, advise executives, and drive value through data, analytics, and AI initiatives. You will own scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing while shaping program strategy and governance across multiple teams.

You will mentor delivery leaders, promote data-driven decision making, and partner with sales to expand client value within major accounts.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience leading data/analytics transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven business outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data transformation programs and data product delivery with scope, timelines, and budget ownership.
• Collaborate with architects and leaders to align business goals with data solutions and architecture.
• Communicate program vision to executives and align roadmaps with client objectives.
• Manage agile teams, backlogs, and performance metrics to ensure predictable delivery.
• Drive account growth by delivering measurable value and fostering client relationships.
