Job summary

Divine Imaging, a woman‑owned federal and military supplier, seeks a Data & Technology Associate to work directly with the CEO to grow revenue, modernize systems, and build scalable automated processes.

You will bring meaningful data & ecommerce experience, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and design dashboards turning messy data into actionable insights while aligning with federal procurement understandings. Malibu/Agoura Hills based, full‑time onsite.

Qualifications

• Meaningful, hands‑on experience with data and e-commerce.
• Understanding of federal purchasing landscape (GSA, FEDMALL, TXMAS, eBuy, DIBBS, ECATetc.).
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and multi‑task across functions (sales, operations, vendors, finance).
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you think like an owner, you see the whole enterprise, you connect the dots and you're comfortable with some ambiguity.
• Strong leadership presence: tough‑minded, collaborative, and able to bring people with you through change.

Responsibilities

• You'll work directly with the CEO to grow revenue, modernize systems, and build scalable, automated processes.
• Design and build better more efficient network and systems.
• Comfortable connecting systems, automating manual work, and turning messy data into clean, actionable dashboards.
• Love taking apart inefficient processes and rebuilding them with automation + data.
