Job summary

Divine Imaging, a woman‑owned federal and military supplier, seeks a Data & Technology Associate to work directly with the CEO to grow revenue, modernize systems, and build scalable automated processes.

You will bring meaningful data & ecommerce experience, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and design dashboards turning messy data into actionable insights while aligning with federal procurement understandings. Malibu/Agoura Hills based, full‑time onsite.

Qualifications

• Meaningful, hands‑on experience with data and e-commerce.
• Understanding of federal purchasing landscape (GSA, FEDMALL, TXMAS, eBuy, DIBBS, ECATetc.).
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and multi‑task across functions (sales, operations, vendors, finance).
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you think like an owner, you see the whole enterprise, you connect the dots and you're comfortable with some ambiguity.
• Strong leadership presence: tough‑minded, collaborative, and able to bring people with you through change.

Divine Imaging is an established woman-owned federal and military
supplier selling to the U.S. Government, Military and Quasi-government
buyers. We're looking for new blood: a fresh leader / entrepreneur who
understands e-commerce sales inside out and has the technical chops to
help an already successful company firmly into the 21st century.
You'll work directly with the CEO to grow revenue, modernize systems, and
build scalable, automated processes.

Expert-level: Excel, Alteryx, QuickBooks, EDI, e-Commerce platforms, AI
implementation, data automation, VBA
