• 8+ years of experience in data science or closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's/PhD preferred in a quantitative field.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Ability to lead data-related projects with minimal supervision.
